Our business runs and grows with referrals and support from our family, friends, past clients, partners, other agents, and well…anyone for that matter! So how can you help support your favorite real estate agent? There are so many ways, even if selling or buying a home is not in your plans in the near future!

- Keep your ears & eyes open for people talking about buying/selling/investing - this includes social media! Some people may be in the “early stages” & just thinking of making a move, and some may be ready now & trying to sell their home FSBO (For Sale by Owner). No matter their timeline, we would love the personal connection from you and the opportunity to talk with them about their next steps!

Here is the fun part that many people may not know…we can also do agent to agent referrals. You are probably thinking, “What does this have to do with me and why is she telling me about this?” Well, it means that we still have the opportunity to help you & be involved in your purchase and/or sale ANYWHERE IN THE US (also internationally!)

How in the world does this work? (No pun intended)

1- Have the discussion with your agent that you are thinking of buying a home or investment property and in which area before reaching out to another agent. If you currently live (or have a property to sell) in a different state or area than your favorite real estate agent is located, they can also help you to find an agent to list your home!

2- Your agent will get to work to find you an agent in the area you are looking to buy and/or sell. As Keller Williams agents, we have a wonderful resource to find you the perfect agent anywhere to fit your needs!

The good news for you is that this requires no work or stress on your end and will not cost you a dime! We do all of the work for you to make the process as stress free and smooth as possible!

3- If you happen to already know an agent in the area you are looking to buy/sell, we can still help you! Before you begin your search or start the process of listing your home, let the other agent know you have an agent that you would like to be involved on your behalf. We can reach out to them to discuss the best way to make sure you are taken care of!

4- When in doubt, if you’re not sure if your real estate agent can help you, always reach out! Chances are…we can…and would love to!
