The Power of Networking

The foundation of success in real estate is relationships which are formed through networking. Word of mouth, referrals, and business partners are what help our business continue to grow. There are SO many different reasons why you should pick a Realtor that actively networks and has a large group of partners and other agents they work with. Agents that consistently network gain valuable insight and perspectives they may not know otherwise. This industry is ever-evolving, and staying up to date on information is so crucial to be successful.

Each transaction includes a whole entire team working together to make it to the closing table. We have worked hard to build great relationships with all of those different partners that could potentially be involved in your transaction. A few examples of who we might work with in one single transaction are lenders, insurance providers, attorneys, appraisers, inspectors, title companies, and so many more. If any issues arise during the transactions we can fully trust our partners to make sure everything will be taken care of in a timely manner because of the relationship we have built with them.

In some multiple offer situations an agent will advise their client to pick someone who is easy to work with on the other side of the sale. This can be a huge advantage to you as a client because it gives your offer extra leverage. The sense of security knowing that the deal will be smooth with a good realtor will probably outweigh the deal with a better offer but a realtor that isn’t easy to work with and may cause a few road bumps along the way.
